What do we do?

We focus on the automotive industry, where our experience and expertise find practical application.

We specialise in advanced welding, brazing, clinching, and resistance welding, constantly improving our processes by staying ahead of the latest trends and technologies.

Our main goal is to support companies in:

Analysing and designing production processes

Optimising welding lines

Creating comprehensive technical documentation

Quotation and concept phase

- Analysis of specific customer requirements (CSR) and technical specifications
- Review of technical documentation, including: GD&T, 2D drawings and 3D models,
standards
- Feasibility check – DFM
- VA/VE analysis
- Defining and preparing:

- process, technology, and equipment
- process flow diagram
- material flow
- layout
- cycle time distribution
- build sequence of components
- fixture concept with a clamping plan

- Preparing the cost estimate for the line/assembly station
- Other specific customer needs

Design phase

- Preparation of the final process validation report (CTC, weld table, layout, clamping plan, component build sequence)
- Defining ergonomics, balancing cycle times on the line (eliminating bottlenecks)
- Defining and preparing the process and product characteristics matrix
- Defining and preparing the NOK strategy integrated with the assembly line
- DFMEA
- PFMEA
- Design recommendations for error-proofing and an initial mistake-proofing plan

Manufacturing phase

- Coordination and continuous supervision of the assembly line manufacturing progress

Start-up phase

- Launching the line/station according to specified acceptance criteria and completing the process documentation

Acceptance phase

- Ensuring compliance with process, quantity, and quality requirements, leading to successful final acceptance of the line/station

Audits

- Conducting audits at clients and their subcontractors to optimise existing processes or verify compliance with requirements (ISO, CQI-15, CSR) Consultations

Consulting

- ROI calculations for proposed investments
- Analysis of the application of new welding technologies, process automation, and robot integration
- Support in implementing quality standards ISO 3834, EN 1090, IATF 16949
